1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owner.
2. How we use cookies
Pods @ Broadway uses cookies in three categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for core site functionality such as remembering your booking session, your cookie preferences and admin login. These are set automatically and cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, referral source) so we can improve the experience. Set only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
- Marketing cookies — used to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns and remarketing. Set only with your explicit consent.

4. Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Withdrawing consent for analytics or marketing cookies takes effect on the next page load. You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings — note that this may break parts of the site that depend on strictly-necessary cookies (e.g. completing a booking).
5. Third-party cookies
Some pages embed third-party content which may set its own cookies that we do not control. We only load these where you have asked us to: Stripe Checkout (when you pay), Google Maps (only if you click to load the map on our Contact page), and Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies). Our hero video and Instagram gallery are served from our own site and set no third-party cookies.
When you click "Book Now" you leave this website for book.podsatbroadway.co.uk, our booking page hosted by eviivo. That is a separate site with its own cookies and its own cookie notice — the preferences you set here do not carry across to it.
